These Terms of Use govern your use of the VitaYomi mobile application and related services. By creating an account or using VitaYomi, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and your account
You must meet the minimum legal age required to use digital services in your country. You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your login details, and all activity performed through your account.
General wellness service
VitaYomi offers tools for general wellness, nutrition tracking, fitness routines, skincare journaling, reminders, and educational guidance. VitaYomi is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or emergency services.
AI-generated results
AI analysis and other estimates may be incomplete or incorrect and can vary with image quality, lighting, angle, visible content, and other factors. You must independently evaluate important information and consult qualified professionals before making health-related decisions.
Medication reminders
Reminders are organizational tools only. You remain responsible for following instructions from your healthcare professional and for taking the correct medication and dose at the correct time. Do not rely on VitaYomi for urgent or life-critical reminders.
Subscriptions and purchases
Paid features, prices, trial terms, and billing periods are shown before purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through your store account within the period required by the applicable store. Refunds are governed by the store's policies and applicable law.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, upload unlawful or harmful content, interfere with app operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected service components except where law permits, or use VitaYomi to violate another person's rights.
Your content
You retain rights in information and photos you submit. You grant us a limited permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the requested service. You confirm that you have the right to submit the content.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of VitaYomi. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or that every feature will always remain unchanged.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VitaYomi is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties that are not required by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VitaYomi and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from reliance on wellness estimates. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination
You may stop using VitaYomi or delete your account at any time. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or respond to a material violation of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as VitaYomi or legal requirements change. The revised effective date will appear on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
